Manage team for operational excellence
Ensure profitable movement of goods
Assess sales performance data
Analyze key process scorecard data
Create action plans for gaps
Partner on visual merchandising
Provide product flow insight
Create action plans for merchandising
Lead changeover process
Partner on home-office merchandising
Lead door to floor operations
Manage Back of House areas
Manage sales floor promotional set-ups
Manage markdown process
Act as customer advocate
Embrace technology for customer solutions
Identify customer expectations and needs
Lead health and safety committee
Ensure employee and customer safety
Ensure store compliance with policies
Attract and develop talent
