5+ years in product operations, product management, or a closely related role in a B2B SaaS environment, Undergraduate degree required, written communicator, Highly organized with follow-through, Skilled at diagnosing root causes before proposing solutions, Comfortable with ambiguity
Nice to Have
Pendo experience a plus, Track record of driving process or tool adoption across teams without direct authority, Designing operational systems that scale beyond the individual who built them
What You'll Do.
Own Pendo governance model
Establish and enforce Pendo tagging conventions
Manage Pendo user administration and onboarding
Define and manage intake for in-app content
Deliver Pendo usage reports
Manage customer advisory program rhythm
Support advisor recruitment and onboarding
Deliver customer insights reporting
Support rollout of shared quarterly planning cadence
Support PM leads in preparing planning materials
Coordinate adoption of prioritization framework
Own OKR tracking visibility
Establish clear escalation paths for non-compliance

Holding cross-functional teams accountable; Work with PM leads to close gaps; Surfacing gaps to leadership
