About the Role As a Product Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations and product workflows that power our financial infrastructure. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, you will help monitor transaction flows (fiat and blockchain), resolve operational issues, ensure process adherence, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Your work helps bridge the gap between product functionality and day-to-day execution—enabling scalable, reliable services in a fast-paced Web3 environment. This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for operational excellence, and an interest in how fintech and blockchain products work at scale. What You Will Do Monitor and support operational flows related to fiat and blockchain-based transactions (e.g., stablecoin movements, wallet activity, fiat rails) Perform daily reconciliation checks, identify discrepancies, and escalate risk issues where appropriate. Work closely with the Product Operations Lead to execute playbooks, contribute to documentation, and support testing and rollout of new features or workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Compliance) to resolve product-related issues and provide feedback to improve tools and processes. Help investigate and triage user-impacting issues using internal dashboards and product tooling. Contribute to process improvement efforts by documenting inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements or automation opportunities.
