What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Based in London, Authorized to work in London without sponsorship, 1-3 years of experience as a Product Operations Analyst or similar role, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques, Familiarity with product lifecycle management principles and methodologies, Experience working with cross-functional teams, Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines consistently, Continuous learning mindset

Nice to Have

Knowledge of product management frameworks and methodologies, Familiarity with project management tools and software, Understanding of anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or compliance domains, Previous experience in a product-focused role within the fintech industry, Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers, Understanding of financial data security and privacy regulations, Familiarity with risk management principles and methodologies, Understanding of sanctions screening processes, Familiarity with industry-standard sanction lists, Knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices, Familiarity with customer support systems and workflows, Experience with implementing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), Ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in fintech, product management, and operational excellence

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary owner for customer accounts

Lead recurring customer meetings

Manage escalations end-to-end

Ensure customer adoption and satisfaction

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

Gather customer requirements and pain points

Announce new features and identify issues

Translate customer needs into product requirements

Assist in creating documentation and training materials

Guide customers through the product

Identify process gaps and propose solutions

Streamline workflows and implement best practices

Collaborate with engineering teams on product enhancements

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Evaluate user feedback and conduct user research
