What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with Mobile apps and subscription monetization, hands-on experience with Quiz-based funnels and paywalls, hands-on experience with Onboarding optimization, hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, hands-on experience with ARPU / LTV / conversion optimization, hands-on experience with Data-driven product growth, Active daily use of AI tools and agents

Nice to Have

Experience in B2C subscription SaaS, Experience in Mobile subscription products and consumer apps, Experience in High-scale consumer monetization environments, Experience in Fast-paced, high-ownership product companies, Familiarity with Web to Wave or similar funnel/paywall platforms

Fully own and optimize monetization funnels

and subscription conversion mechanics across mobile and web products

Optimize onboarding funnels

and subscription flows

Increase ARPU/RPU and improve monetization performance

Launch and analyze A/B tests and experimentation initiatives

and subscription metrics

Develop and test pricing

and monetization hypotheses

Analyze funnel performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
