Must Have
1+ years in a product company or digital agency in a PMM, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing role, Conversion-Focused Mindset, Data-Driven Approach, Hands-on experience with A testing, Analytical Skills, Confident with Tableau and Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points in the funnel, User Psychology, Deep understanding of the user journey from a social media post or video through to a conversion, High level of proactivity, a "get-it-done" attitude, readiness to take ownership of product metrics
Nice to Have
hands-on experience building or optimizing Quiz Funnels, Know subscription-based business models and social discovery products, worked alongside a performance marketing team to synchronize organic and paid funnel strategies
