Build and maintain core positioning and messaging foundations

Talk to customers regularly and use AI to analyze patterns across interviews and research

As a Product Marketing Manager at 7shifts, you're the connective tissue between what we build and how we talk about it. You own the core: positioning, messaging, personas, and competitive intelligence, and you use AI to do all of it at a speed and depth that changes what's possible in this role. You're not using AI to cut corners. You're using it to monitor competitors in real time, synthesize customer research at scale, generate and pressure-test messaging faster than a manual process ever could, and keep your foundations current as the market moves. You work across Product, Sales, and Marketing to make sure everyone is telling the same story, and you're the one making sure that story is sharp, grounded, and backed by insight. What you’ll do: Build and maintain core positioning and messaging foundations so every PMM, seller, and marketer is pulling from the same source of truth when they launch, sell, or campaign. Partner closely stakeholders across the company to apply positioning and messaging consistently across launches, sales plays, and enablement so teams move faster and with more confidence. Lead the go-to-market strategy and communications for impactful releases with Product Managers, ensuring cross-functional alignment to launch these products to market and ensure customers understand the value.
