Must Have
5 or more years of product marketing experience with experience delivering compelling, breakthrough content in an enterprise software environment, Develop an understanding of data integration and data engineering market and solutions, customer pain points, competition, and trends, Written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail, Outstanding communication skills, especially converting complex ideas into simple messages, Experience participating in and influencing cross-functional teams, Work with peer and senior technical customer usersuyers to solicit and summarize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning and messaging, Create data-driven go-to-market plans and adjust based on data analysis, market feedback, and corporate strategy evolution, Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Nice to Have
Experience with content development for complex products sold to IT or other technical buyers is desired, MBA or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

focusing on enterprise customers
Own product marketing and GTM for data integration and data engineering solutions
Define market strategies and create sleek
brilliant messaging and positioning
Work with customers to develop compelling assets that articulate their data integration and data engineering journey and business outcomes
Be an SME for the sales team to explain the value of Informatica's AI/GenAI-powered data integration and data engineering solutions to prospects
Promote our products and best practices by marketing events
Be a spokesperson with press
and at industry events
Develop and drive the complete launch of new products
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, alliance and GSI teams, and other groups within marketing to drive critical deliverables to support sales enablement, demand generation, and thought leadership; Work collaboratively with partner and GSI teams to accelerate and scale programs; Can persuade cross-functionally across a global, diverse organization by building relationships based on results and ongoing interactions; Experience participating in and influencing cross-functional teams
Communication Scope
Written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail; Outstanding communication skills, especially converting complex ideas into simple messages
