Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of commercial experience in the medical industry, 2+ years of practical marketing experience, Good understanding of the Japanese healthcare system and industry, Understanding and practice of general compliance, Proficiency in MS Office suite

Nice to Have

Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience, Experience in wound management or surgical fields, Experience in engaging internal stakeholders to achieve results

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with sales and clinical departments; Collaborate with Global/International teams; Build relationships with KOLs; Establish feedback loop with sales; Build support system for sales activities; Ensure alignment with stakeholders

Excellent business English writing and speaking skills; Effective communication skills; Continuous communication with stakeholders
