Must Have
5+ years of experience building B2C products at a fast-growing company or successful startup, An ambitious, hands-on leader who's a fast learner and a communicator — someone who knows how to move mountains to get things done, A track record of tackling hard problems and shipping high-quality solutions, visual and analytical thinking, with the ability to define workflows, sketch wireframes, and reason through user intent and business cases, Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex ideas simply, An innovative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in AI and emerging product practices
Nice to Have
Experience in product growth roles - advantage, Experience building AI products - advantage, Experience building zero-to-one products or scaling early-stage products - advantage
What You'll Do.
Own the full product lifecycle: market and user research
and active involvement throughout development
Lead an R&D group to deliver on time and at a high quality bar
Apply UX/UI instincts to define workflows
and translate user needs into clear product experiences
Drive a KPI-driven approach to product decisions
partner with our Customer Care team
and run usability tests to continuously improve the product
Play a key role in roadmap planning
identifying strategic opportunities that drive both user and business success

Lead an R&D group; Partner closely with engineering and design; Build working relationships with PMs and teams across Wix; Collaborating with top talent across disciplines
