You will be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle including the following: Crafting Custom Experiences for Each User Journey Engage the agency Product Owner to establish a clear vision for what the product should be and what is needed to get there Collaborate with business partners to define the product vision and mission and obtain key stakeholder buy-in Work out the product outreach and promotion strategies with business partners Define the product go-to-market strategy and work with relevant partners to execute the plan Designing, Testing, and Iterating Through Experiments Design, test, and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey Manage the product budget through expenditure monitoring, cashflow management, and securing funding Develop the workplan with the product team Provide sufficient resources for product development, including procurement of software, hardware, and ICT professional services Monitoring, Capturing, and Studying User Behaviour Conduct user studies to understand their needs and problems Analyse data to uncover usage patterns that can inform product decisions Research the industry to understand complimentary and competing solutions Collecting, Analyzing
