We are seeking a strategic and passionate Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the charge in evolving our Trust & Safety capabilities. You will be the product leader responsible for protecting our system consumers—both the Organizations and their Supporters. Your mission is to provide organizations using Donorbox with a secure environment by mitigating fraud, managing risk, and maintaining content safety, all while ensuring an intuitive and frictionless experience for legitimate nonprofits. You will report to the Group Product Manager and work closely with Engineering, SRE, and Payments teams. Responsibilities Spearhead the product strategy for user protection, managing programmatic Org Verification, KYC processes, and Fraud Detection. Secure the user journey by shipping product changes to our user onboarding to better capture verification data while maintaining a seamless activation flow. Ship internal tooling to empower our support teams to quickly identify and take action on bad actors.
