What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years in product management, specifically within FinTech, Banking, or Treasury-focused domains., Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and the mechanics of FX trade settlements., Familiarity with how data flows across disparate systems and an understanding of how transactional events translate into treasury movements., Ability to analyze complex datasets and financial messages to identify patterns and ensure high-fidelity data mapping., Experience handling complex financial logic and the ability to produce high-quality documentation for system evaluations or in-house builds., Experience working with or managing third-party financial software providers (e. g. , FIS, Kyriba, or similar TMS platforms).

What You'll Do.
Define the Roadmap for Treasury Systems
Develop a deep understanding of Ebury’s transactional flows—including FX trades (client and hedging)
and reconciled payments—to ensure accurate data ingestion into the TMS.
Optimize Cash Management identify gaps to build complementary in-house features or lead the strategic analysis for a potential future system replacement.
Define technical requirements for data pipelines between internal transactional engines and the TMS
prioritizing features based on operational efficiency and financial risk reduction.
Act as the primary bridge between the technical teams and the Treasury department
communicating project status
and strategic data integrity.

Product Manager - Treasury Systems Product Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our Treasury domain. This role is critical to ensuring our financial visibility and the integrity of our global liquidity position, involving close collaboration with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors. As the owner of this domain, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of data from transactional systems into our Treasury Management System (TMS), currently powered by FIS Quantum.
