Open to travel to Asia, including traveling at times to our Hong Kong or Taiwan locations

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of product management experience or equivalent, Demonstrated success and execution track record in building and sustaining scalable technology products, Great interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication, Proven track record of successful stakeholder management including executive communications, handling escalations, and advocating for ongoing investment in your product, Experience working on products with developer interfaces (App deployment, APIs, SDKs)

Nice to Have

hardware or hardware-related product experience a plus, Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience working as a software engineer, Experience in 1 - 2 of the following areas are nice to have: Mobile device management, Android operating system internals, Hardware build and lifecycle management, Payments and/or eCommerce, Experience successfully building and launching 0-1 products

Partner with engineers to understand technology

Build on technology for growth

Research and understand customer needs

Research competitive landscape

Develop roadmap for third-party hardware partnerships

Define product requirements

Provide guidance on prioritization

Support decisions related to development sequencing

Participate in sprint planning rituals

Team & Collaboration

Partner with software and hardware engineers; Partner with cross-functional partners; Collaborate with the Partnerships team; Gain alignment across Terminal and Stripe leadership

Communication Scope

Verbal and written communication; Make complex concepts accessible with clear communication; Executive communications

Process & Methodology

Crafting roadmaps, Navigating trade-offs, Defining product requirements, Prioritization, Development sequencing
