The candidate should be passionate about requirement management, business analysis, technology, software engineering principles, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical and should possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Role Product Manager-Technical Working with the Product Management team to understand and elicit requirements. Work on Aha! And Jira to document accurate, clear and concise requirements Work along with engineering team on Agile or Scaled Agile practices and conduct and participate in agile ceremonies. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to document clear requirements. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and ensuring accurate reporting of information. Supporting and assisting the Product Manager, Scrum Master/Pod leader, TPM, especially with respect to elaboration, grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
