The Global Network Delivery organization, within AWS, is seeking a Product Manager, Technical (PM-T) to own our internal software tool (SPS - Smart Planning System), collect requirements from internal customers, prioritize, and collaborate with engineers to deploy software capabilities that streamlines cabling ordering and deployment, reduces lead times, and delivers maximum value to teams, vendors, and customers. Key job responsibilities - Voice of Customer: deeply understand internal customer needs and feedback of our users with our products. Articulate and provide input into feature prioritization and product planning. Own and be the champion for voice of the end user. - Track User Satisfaction and Engagement frequently and make modifications to the product experience to deliver 5 star ratings.
