We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the product strategy that consolidates these into a unified platform, dramatically reducing cost-to-serve while delivering a self-service experience employees prefer over the alternatives. You'll partner with engineering, science, and design teams alongside third-party partners to deliver intelligent automation, personalized experiences, and modern customer service capabilities.
