We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the product strategy that consolidates these into a unified platform, dramatically reducing cost-to-serve while delivering a self-service experience employees prefer over the alternatives. You'll partner with engineering, science, and design teams alongside third-party partners to deliver intelligent automation, personalized experiences, and modern customer service capabilities. AI-powered intelligent personalization and automation are tools in your toolkit, not the job description itself. You should be energized by applying them to genuinely eliminate friction, not just modernize the wrapper around legacy processes.
