Full Job Description
The Amazon Music Personalization and AI Innovation team's vision is to offer Amazon customers delightfully personalized audio experiences by building world class customer and language understanding, content recommendations and experience optimization platforms. As a team, we play multiple roles at Amazon Music - one, we develop sophisticated models, scaled platforms, and flexible capabilities, offer them to internal teams, and experiment with them across experiences to improve the quality. We are seeking a Product Manager to own features within the Intelligent Personalization Gateway domain. The Intelligent Personalization Gateway powers the real-time decision layer that determines what customers hear and see — from how listening sessions are sequenced, to how content is ranked across experiences, how pages are optimized for each individual customer, and how customer intent is modeled to deliver the right experience at the right moment. Key job responsibilities As a Product Manager within the Intelligent Personalization Gateway based in Seattle, you will help our team define and execute a strategy for becoming the world's most personalized audio streaming service. This role will be focused on owning features across areas such as listening experience sequencing, content ranking, page optimization, and customer intent modeling. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to understand customer problems, define a clear vision and strategy, make prioritization decisions, invest in the next generation of models and features, and deploy them across experiences to improve personalization.
