What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, Business, or equivalent professional experience, 3–5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, Experience working with third-party vendors and managing agreements, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, adaptability, including prioritization, foresight, and ability to navigate ambiguity, Excellent relationship-building skills within matrixed and cross-functional teams, communication, customer engagement, and presentation skills, strategic, analytical, and critical thinking abilities, Experience tracking ROI and evaluating business impact of initiatives, Proven project management and organizational skills, Ability to lead without authority, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement, Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Nice to Have

2+ years of sales experience, particularly in vaccines, marketing, and/or specialty care, Bilingual in English and French
