THE ROLE: We're hiring Senior, Staff and Principal Product Managers with 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products they're proud of. You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product. A PM role at Monarch requires taking end-to-end responsibility from identifying the opportunity through shipping and iterating in-market. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and high autonomy. You won't be coordinating; you'll be building.
