What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Marketing, Business or related disciplines, Minimum 3 years of experience in product management and marketing, within the medical device or healthcare industry, Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies, Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship building

Drive accountability with sales team
Digital marketing for Australia and New Zealand
Creation of ANZ Financial Year marketing plans
Execute marketing strategies to drive growth
Execution of new product launches
Develop and provide effective sales tools
Lead digital marketing initiatives
Utilize data analytics to measure marketing efforts
Drive execution of operational excellence initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Operate with a high degree of collaboration with Core Surgical product management peers; In partnership with the sales team; In collaboration with the marketing communications team; Improve cross-functional collaboration
