What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of product management experience in the pump industry, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, understanding of residential sump and utility pump technologies, understanding of sustainability practices, understanding of regulatory requirements, Excellent communication to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth, analytical skills to assess market trends, customer insights, and financial performance, Experience with stage-gate product development, Experience with innovation frameworks
