This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end journey after a buyer decides to purchase—spanning checkout, vehicle payment, transportation ordering, and title document delivery preferences. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and third-party vendors to deliver a smooth, intuitive, and consistent post-sale experience. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and online commerce. This is a high-impact role shaping the strategic direction of our buyer-facing marketplace at RB Global. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and evolve the post-sale buyer journey across checkout, payment, transportation, and title document delivery on Desktop and Mobile App - Ensure a smooth, intuitive, and consistent UX across all post-sale flows, informed by user research and behavioral data - Lead and manage third-party integrations, including payment providers such as MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal, and emerging digital wallets - Collaborate with engineering on API design and integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange with partners - Monitor key performance indicators (checkout completion, payment success, delivery selection usage, error rates) and iterate accordingly - Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions - Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives and strategy - Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead efforts to prioritize development team activities - Identify new opportunities that positively impa
