Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own the product vision and roadmap for internal platforms supporting CRM, billing, payments, pricing, and customer account management systems Translate operational, financial, and technical requirements into clear product documentation, including PRDs, workflows, and technical specifications Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through delivery, QA, release, and post-launch optimization Partner with Operations, Customer Care, Finance, and Engineering to identify friction points and deliver system improvements Oversee development of billing, invoicing, adjustments, and payments workflows in collaboration with Finance and backend teams Drive improvements in pricing and rate-change tools used by commercial and operational stakeholders Lead integration strategy between internal systems and third-party platforms to ensure reliable and accurate data flows Use SQL and analytics tools to define KPIs, monitor system performance, and prioritize opportunities for optimization Identify and deliver automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve internal user experience across teams Maintain strong stakeholder communication through clear roadmaps, updates, and structured decision-making frameworks Requirements: 2–5+ years of product management or product ownership experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or internal tools environments Proven experience owning backend systems such as CRM, billing, payments, or operational servicing platforms Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres) to analyze performance and validate decisions Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on APIs, system design, and data architecture Ability to translate complex workflows into structured product requirements and scalable solutions Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Customer teams Systems thinking mindset w
