What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or equivalent, 3+ years experience in product management in the context of AI, robotics, industrial technologies, or other highly technical domain, Prior knowledge of Physical AI technology, including Vision Language Models (VLA), Ability to bridge technical AI/ML teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, analytical tool kit with ability to analyze datasets, Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills, bias for speed and execution, project management and risk mitigation mindset, with demonstrated ability to build contingency plans and execute them, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds/good time management
Nice to Have
Experience with Physical AI, foundation models, or generalized robotic intelligence systems, Familiarity with industrial automation applications (e.g., bin picking, machine tending, palletizing, kitting), Hands-on experience with robot arm programming, motion planning, or vision systems, Knowledge of Python programming, Experience bringing AI/ML products from research to production at scale

Lead Quarterly Product Review
Contribute to sales enablement
Provide input for product launch
Track and communicate product metrics
Organize and prioritize ticket backlog
Breakdown briefs into tickets
Prepare and host sprint kick-offs
Track and report timelines
Measure team performance
Support dev-team productivity
Schedule technical debt elimination
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interface with customers and internal stakeholders; Drive respective software and AI development teams; Work closely with the marketing team; Work with software team and HR; Ensure AI and software teams support scope
Communication Scope
Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
Process & Methodology
Project management, Risk mitigation, Build contingency plans, Execute contingency plans, Scope and maintain the product roadmap, Breakdown product briefs into sequenced tickets
