At Tipico, we power seamless, secure, and high‑performance payment experiences for millions of sports betting and iGaming customers. As our new Product Manager - Payments (m/f/x), part of our Payment Technologies team, you will help shape the core systems that enable deposits, withdrawals, payment routing, and regulatory compliance across markets. Your playing field: * Own the full lifecycle of payment products and features - from discovery to release and performance optimisation * Define Epics and User Stories, guiding development teams in a fast‑paced Agile environment * Drive strategic development of Tipico’s payment platform, including: * Integration of new payment methods and PSPs * Payment orchestration capabilities (routing, retries, failover, smart provider selection) * Standardised, scalable payment APIs and backend services * Own the customer payment journeys with the team, monitor and improve the key KPIs and conversion rates * Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams to ensure accurate requirements, prioritisation, and regulatory alignment * Partner closely with other Product Managers to coordinate payment roadmap delivery across the organisation * Specify and monitor non‑functional requirements such as reliabilit
