What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Product Manager, owning a defined product area end to end, Experience working in trust, risk, compliance, fraud, payments, financial services, or highly regulated environments, ability to translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into product solutions, Experience working closely with Engineering and Product Design teams, Comfort operating in shared platforms or internal tooling environments, prioritisation, problem-definition, and stakeholder management skills, A product mindset focused on outcomes, not just feature delivery

Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with Engineering and Product Design to shape, build, and improve product solutions; Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to shape high-quality product solutions; Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data teams to translate domain needs into product requirements

Clarity of decisions for their area; Maintain documentation and clarity of product decisions
