Full Job Description

ABOUT POLYMARKET Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. ABOUT THE ROLE Our product team owns the core user experience that drives billions in trading volume. The payments function is critical infrastructure that directly impacts our growth. When deposits fail or checkout flows break, users leave and volume drops immediately. The ability for our users to quickly withdraw their funds increases their confidence in the Polymarket platform. We're hiring a Product Manager to own our entire payments stack. You'll manage our roadmap for fiat and crypto payments, work directly with payment service providers, run experiments to optimize conversion rates, and build ML-driven personalization that adapts checkout flows to individual users. This role requires someone who can move fast, dig deep into data, and respond to payment emergencies at any hour. The ideal candidate has merchant-side payments experience and thrives in high-pressure environments. You'll partner closely with engineering to maintain our payment infrastructure and directly with data to identify optimization opportunities. This isn't just a strategy role. You'll be hands-on with vendor relationships, technical integrations, and real-time problem solving. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build a world class platform for fiat and crypto money movement in and out of Polymarket - powering billions of dollars in annualized volume - Build an
