ARSIEM is looking for an amazingly talented OCO Mobile Product Manager to join our team! In this role, you will define and communicate the product vision and Roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on mobile device technology and networking, in support of OCO. This position will support one of our Government clients in Columbia, MD. ## Responsibilities Provide thought leadership and work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions for highly reliable and redundant network connectivity. Lead Product backlog refinement, ensuring features and capabilities for cloud networking solutions are well defined, prioritized, and decomposed into actionable user stories. Collaborate with other Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for networking-focused projects. Engage with Joint Cyber Weapons stakeholders, USCYBERCOM, NSA, Services and CCMDs to gather feedback and align capability delivery for cloud networking and connectivity. Participate in technical exchange meetings (TEMs), operational working groups, and other OCO forums related to cloud networking. Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision, develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specificatio
