Within Vattenfall’s offshore wind business, Offshore Development develops, matures and secures our pipeline of future offshore wind projects. The way those projects are designed has a lasting effect on cost, performance, CO2 emissions and long-term energy output. That is why this role matters. In Modelling & Optimisation, we work towards a shared mission: to create the best possible offshore wind farm designs at the click of a button. We are a collaborative team of around 12 people, bringing together engineering, software and optimisation expertise to turn that ambition into practical tools that help people make better decisions. The Modelling & Optimisation team is Vattenfall’s competence centre for technical and financial modelling of offshore wind farms. We develop and maintain an ecosystem of in-house design tools that combine advanced mathematical optimisation, techno-economic modelling and co-simulation of physical models. As Product Manager, you will connect user needs, strategy and delivery, helping us solve the right problems for the people who use our tools.
