Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of product management or product adjacent experience, Supply Chain first mile product management experience, Experience working in an agile environment, communication skill

What You'll Do.
Executing the strategy
Lead the delivery of modern inventory systems
Enable Inventory Management teams to effectively manage the synchronized flow of inventory into and throughout Target's supply chain network
Work closely with supply chain product partners
enterprise capacity planning and data science teams
Lead the development of prioritized features
Drive systematic scale and performance enhancements to support business growth
Develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product
Build knowledge of your product through product discovery
Collect customer feedback and other relevant data points
Prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product
Deliver a product in unison with engineers

Maintain and refine the product backlog
Prioritize the backlog to focus on the highest impact work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain product partners, enterprise capacity planning and data science teams; Work closely with the engineering teams; Collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders; Work in unison with engineers, operations, data scientists and business partners; Be the “voice of the product” with your product team and stakeholders

The pay range is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
