Must Have
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of Product management or product adjacent experience, Experience working in an agile environment, communication skills
Nice to Have
Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management product experience, First mile experience along with Purchase order planning and creation experience
What You'll Do.
Executing the strategy
Lead the delivery of modern inventory systems
Manage the synchronized flow of inventory into and throughout Target's supply chain network
Lead the development of prioritized features
Develop systematic scale and performance enhancements
Develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product
Build a knowledge of your product through product discovery
Collect customer feedback
Collect other relevant data points
Prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product
Maintain and refine the product backlog
Prioritize the backlog to focus on the highest impact work
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain product business partners, enterprise capacity planning and data science teams; Work closely with the engineering teams; Collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders; Work in unison with engineers, operations, data scientists and business partners; Be the “voice of the product” with your product team and stakeholders; Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints
