What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to work from our Jerusalem office 2 times a week, 4+ years of PM, business systems, revenue operations, billing, finance systems, or internal tools experience, understanding of business workflows across Finance, Sales, RevOps, and customer operations, Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities, Comfort working with engineering teams on internal platforms, billing systems, CRM integrations, and customer data workflows, High ownership, operational rigor, and attention to detail in systems where accuracy matters
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS billing, subscriptions, credits, invoicing, contracts, or revenue operations, Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Chargebee, NetSuite, or similar revenue systems, Experience supporting pricing and packaging changes in a SaaS business, Comfort with customer data models, CRM syncs, lifecycle data, or internal business databases, Experience working closely with Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM leadership, Basic SQL or data analysis comfort to investigate discrepancies and validate business logic, Experience building internal tools or workflows for high-growth SaaS companies, Hebrew a plus
