Must Have
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field, Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data organization, analysis, and presentation, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, and SharePoint, Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other team members, Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with all levels within the organization, Must be able to commute to office location 4 days per week
Nice to Have
Familiarity with product management concepts, including roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and agile/scrum methodologies, Exposure to enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or financial technology through coursework, personal projects, or prior internship experience, Interest in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning applications, or AI governance frameworks and how they are applied within regulated industries, Experience with data organization, research synthesis, or structured analysis, such as building trackers, writing reports, or conducting competitive benchmarking
What You'll Do.

Auditing existing internal resources — such as product collateral libraries
and compliance artifact repositories — to identify gaps
and improvement opportunities
Designing and populating structured tracking frameworks (e. g.
account health trackers
backlog prioritization matrices
or AI project registries) that improve team visibility and operational efficiency
Mapping product capabilities and initiatives to strategic business goals
helping the team maintain alignment between roadmap investments and measurable customer outcomes
concise documentation including gap analyses
competitive landscape summaries
and go-to-market messaging drafts for review by senior product leadership
Collaborating with Product Managers
and cross-functional partners to support sprint planning
PI briefing preparation
and backlog grooming activities
Presenting a final internship project deliverable to the AML Product leadership team
demonstrating research findings
and a proposed path forward

This is an opportunity to work on real, high-impact product initiatives within our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software portfolio, collaborate with Senior Product Managers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, sales, and marketing, and contribute to a product roadmap that shapes financial crime compliance for some of the world's largest financial institutions — while gaining exposure to AI-driven product strategy, regulatory technology, agile product development, and enterprise SaaS product operations. You will be embedded directly within the AML Product Management team, working on a defined project that delivers a tangible, presentable output by the end of your internship.
