What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 + years in product management, at least part of that in vertical B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers, Customer-fluent, Technically credible, Hands-on with AI tooling, Sharp writer, Organized under pressure, Adaptable
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience, Domain experience in utility operations, outage management, storm/weather modeling, or field operations, Experience working on or with platform teams supporting multiple product lines, Experience shipping functional prototypes or internal tools yourself using AI-Assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, etc.), Experience integrating with third-party enterprise systems, Track record shipping enterprise applications used in both field and office environments

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering teams in Bangalore and Thailand; Operate cross-functionally across BLR, Thailand, and US-based PM, engineering, design, and implementation teams; Influence comes from clarity and follow-through
Communication Scope
Stakeholder Communication; Defend a decision to a skeptical exec
