What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced technology company, B.A. or B.S. in physics, computer science, engineering, or related field, Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities, Experience with using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude for research, automation and prototyping
Nice to Have
Fintech lending experience is a plus but not mandatory, Previous work experience in a technical role is a plus, Masters, PhD, or MBA will be considered when evaluating work experience
What You'll Do.
Own and drive product roadmap for lending business unit
Conduct business discovery and gather requirements
Define detailed technical specifications for new features
Partner closely with R&D and QA teams
Monitor and maintain mission-critical systems
Identify business case for new products
Facilitate communication between R&D and business stakeholders
Conduct demo sessions for new features
