What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field, 5–7 years of experience in a Product Management role, Proven experience overseeing elements of the product development lifecycle, understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum or Kanban, Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar, Highly effective cross-functional team collaboration skills, Exceptional writing and presentation skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e. g. , CSPO, SAFe PO), Experience with Aha! Product Management software, Familiarity with software engineering concepts such as APIs, databases, and cloud, Experience with Call Center software such as ACD, IVR and AI bots, Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate product workflows, including requirements generation, research synthesis, and user story drafting, Familiarity with AI-native or spec-driven development (SDD) practices

Streamline workflow of non-emergency and emergency phone calls
Own delivery of detailed product strategy
Set feature priorities
Analyze product usage and adoption data
Define product vision and strategic direction
Translate product strategy into actionable plans
Build and maintain development roadmap
Gather input for roadmap
Track and evaluate product performance
Perform market and competitor research
Promote product through training
