The Role As a Product Manager II, you help streamline the workflow of non-emergency and emergency phone calls with related multi-media interactions. Our Community Engagement and 9-1-1 systems power Communication Centers that keep communities safe. In this role, you own the delivery of detailed product strategy for a focused set of solutions, managing the backlog, setting feature priorities, and analyzing product usage and adoption data. This position is both strategic and hands-on — balancing product direction with day-to-day prioritization to ensure our products continue to lead the industry. What You Do Setting Strategy Define the product's vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
