Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with 6 + years of product management (or related) experience, OR 8+ years of experience without a degree., Proven experience leading product development from ideation through launch., Experience managing multiple product capabilities or a portfolio with measurable customer and business outcomes., ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints., Experience facilitating scope, design, and requirements discussions across cross-functional teams., Comfort making prioritization and tradeoff decisions in a fast-paced environment., Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills., analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions., Ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements related to scope, design, or requirements., Experience with modern software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)., understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, including: Website and content management, Digital marketing and advertising platforms, Ecommerce, payments, CRM, and audience management tools., Knowledge of testing methodologies and user acceptance techniques., Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, web analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.

Partner closely with engineering
and other stakeholders to deliver product capabilities.

Manage day-to-day product operations
including release coordination
and product demonstrations.
