Analytical approaches to measure and mitigate product-level risks; Analyzing portfolio trends and developing actionable recommendations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Advanced knowledge of Home Financing and related industry experience, Proficiency in SAS/SQL or other programming languages and MS Power BI, Advanced skills in MS Excel, ownership, time management, and ability to deliver high-quality output within deadlines, Self-starter with a proactive approach to process enhancements and profitability improvement, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
understanding of consumer credit products and retail credit risk is an asset, graduate degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Managing the P&L for home financing products
Supporting credit analytics
Monitoring the portfolio for home financing products
Driving product design
continuous improvement
Supporting portfolio strategy
including product development and management
and maintenance of product policies with a focus on risk-return
Maintaining an external perspective to monitor competitive
and technological changes and recommend strategies
Analyzing portfolio trends and developing actionable recommendations
Monitoring current and forecasted metrics for growth
Using decision-support tools to mine and analyze large datasets
Collaborating with data and analytics teams to execute deep-dive analyses and provide early warning indicators
Serving as a product expert
Delivering product solutions and enhancements aligned with strategy
Developing strategic and tactical plans to manage existing products
Monitoring operations to ensure systems and processes are maintained
Assessing customer and competitive environments
Acting as subject matter expert for system development and implementation
Proactively identifying and managing risks
Developing analytical approaches to measure and mitigate product-level risks
Collaborating on operational risk strategies
Leading compliance activities
Managing risk-based pricing capabilities
Overseeing governance and compliance frameworks
Driving product strategy and lifecycle management
and channel performance
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Managing risk across the product portfolio
Developing and maintaining product policies and procedures
Providing guidance on product features

Optimizing distribution channels and enhancing business models
