What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in product management, 2+ years focused on growth, PLG, or self-serve products, Proven track record driving measurable growth outcomes (activation, conversion, expansion ARR), Experience at a B2B SaaS developer tools or DevOps background, Deep understanding of PLG principles: AARRR framework, growth loops, freemium models, viral mechanics, Analytical skills, Technical fluency: understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience at a PLG-native company (Atlassian, Slack, Figma, GitHub, Notion, Dropbox), Familiarity with usage-based pricing or consumption business models, Background in developer marketing or community-led growth, Experience with AI-powered growth features (personalization, recommendations)

Team & Collaboration
Work with Engineering to rapidly ship growth experiments; Partner with Marketing on demand gen, messaging, and lifecycle campaigns; Align with Data/Analytics on instrumentation and user behavior analysis; Work with Sales/CS on PQL scoring and expansion playbooks
