Must Have
5+ years of experience in software product management, Deep understanding of design, product development and manufacturing workflows, Hands on experience with CAD, CAM and simulation workflows, Deep understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts, Practical hands on experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning practices, Experience delivering commercially available software products, Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, research, and design teams, Experience in customer research, Experience building customer driven projects
Nice to Have
Experience productionising AI technologies, Technical fluency of foundation models, Technical fluency of multimodal AI systems, Technical fluency of AI-assisted workflows, Experience working with large datasets, Experience working with data platforms, Experience operating in highly collaborative and fast-moving product environments, Experience leading products from early exploration through commercial delivery, Understand design and manufacturing customer challenges, Comfortable navigating ambiguity, Drive alignment across research, engineering, and business teams, Curious, adaptable, energized by solving complex problems, Inspire and guide teams toward ambitious goals
