What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, market development, or business development in life sciences tools, reagents, assays, or biotech solutions. Familiarity with bioassay workflows, reagent-based assays, cell-based assays, reporter systems, or plate-based detection technologies. Experience with VOC, market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement. commercial sense and ability to translate customer needs into actionable product and marketing strategy. Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Supporting assay, reagent, or molecular biology product portfolios. Prior experience in new product launch, market development, or application-driven product marketing.
