What this job can offer you This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Product Manager, Fraud and Compliance, joining the Fintech area As Remote grows and handles larger transaction volumes across countries, so does our exposure to fraud, credit risk, and compliance risk. This role owns the systems and strategies that protect Remote and its customers — from onboarding verification and screening, to credit risk assessment and reserve management, to fraud detection and enforcement across the full customer lifecycle. You'll drive the evolution of our risk and compliance capabilities from reactive, rule-based controls toward proactive, automated systems that identify risk signals early and scale without proportional increases in manual effort. This is a high-autonomy, high-stakes role. You'll report to the Director of Product and work closely with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Collections, and Engineering.
