About aiEDU The AI Education Project (aiEDU.org) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2019, dedicated to creating equitable learning experiences that empower students with AI literacy. We believe that everyone—especially those likely to be disproportionately impacted by AI systems—should have access to the knowledge and skills they need to thrive as workers, creators, consumers, and citizens. Our mission is to make AI literacy a fundamental part of every student’s education. About the role aiEDU is looking for two experienced product managers to support aiEDU in the development of educator- and student-facing products. These are short-term (6 month), fractional independent contractor positions, with the potential for extension based on future needs. We expect that product managers in this role will leverage AI to significantly speed up the product development process, and will function as player-coaches, upskilling our own team in effective product development along the way. Project 1: Supporting our CEO and External team to build out vibecoding.aiedu.org. We envision this as a platform where educators, students, and partners can learn by building with AI. Over time, we anticipate this platform incorporating additional community-building elements like shared projects, monthly competitions, work showcases and community learning. Project 2: Supporting our Programs and Learning teams to revamp their educator-focused products, including building an updated Curriculum Management System to replace our current Curriculum Portal, and defining and building new, partner-facing products to augment our program facilitation. The right person will not just manage the product process—they'll coach our internal teams through it, building PM capacity at aiEDU that outlasts the contract. You'll work closely with our teams to understand current workflows, define requirements, and shepherd us through vendor evaluation or build decisions. Along the way, you’ll upskill our team on AI-assi
