Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own a dedicated sub-area of the Financial Operations product, defining its vision, roadmap, and outcomes across multiple quarters. Identify and frame the most important problems to solve by synthesizing merchant feedback, support data, operational issues, and system constraints. Define and prioritize initiatives independently, making informed trade-offs between scope, quality, technical debt, and delivery timelines. Write clear, detailed product specifications that account for complex edge cases such as reconciliation breaks, dispute flows, and FX scenarios. Partner closely with engineering teams to evaluate feasibility, technical trade-offs, and define success metrics (leading and lagging indicators). Drive end-to-end product delivery, including launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch iteration based on data and feedback. Represent your product area internally and externally, translating operational complexity into clear product decisions and narratives. Requirements: Proven experience owning a product area or significant feature set end-to-end, with measurable impact on business or customer outcomes. Strong ability to independently define problems from ambiguous or incomplete inputs without relying on fully structured briefs. Demonstrated experience making autonomous trade-offs across scope, quality, and technical complexity. Solid technical fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams on architecture, feasibility, and integration decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and surface risks early. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to define, track, and evaluate product success metrics. Nice to have: experience in payments, fintech, or financial operations domains such as reconciliation, disputes, ledgers, treasury, or FX. Benefits: Fully remote and globally distributed work environment Competitive compensation and equity
