This role operates as both strategic Product Manager and hands on Product Owner, requiring the ability to drive product vision and roadmap whole also leading agile ceremonies and day to day backlog execution. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancement, shaping innovative digital experiences for our customers and driving business growth. You will bridge the gap between long-term strategic planning and sprint level delivery – serving as the voice of our stakeholders and the voice of the team in defining what gets built. Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Tools & Outdoor e-commerce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You’ll get to: * Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and external partners to deliver high-impact digital products and features. * Serve as the connective tissue between business strategy and agile delivery — translating roadmap priorities into actionable sprint goals and executable backlog items. * Serve as Scrum Product Owner, facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management to drive team performance and delivery
