What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, product design, business, or a related field, Minimum five years in product management or a related technical role, Experience working with hardware and software products, ideally in control systems, electronics, industrial automation, or connected devices, Proven track record managing products from concept through launch and commercialization, Proficiency with product planning tools, project management platforms, and documentation systems, Capable of working across multiple time zones and regions, Experience contributing to or managing technical documentation, user manuals, installation guides, or product training content
Nice to Have
A postgraduate degree in business or technology is beneficial, Exposure to product management practices or frameworks is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Define and maintain product roadmap for digital switching solutions
Develop business cases
including revenue potential
and pricing strategies
Monitor competitive activity
and emerging technologies
and channel partners to understand needs
Translate customer insights into product requirements and value propositions
Validate concepts and solutions through prototypes
Work with engineering teams to create detailed product requirements
and ensure products meet quality
and regulatory expectations
Track progress through development cycles and remove obstacles
Lead product launch preparations
including product positioning
and internal training
Support the creation of marketing materials
technical documentation
Partner with sales teams to prepare channel strategies and customer engagement plans
Monitor product performance after launch and identify opportunities for improvement
Support supply chain planning
and inventory management
Guide cost-down actions
and end-of-life planning
and key performance targets
Collaborate with suppliers and partners on technology alignment and cost expectations
Support field issue resolution through coordination with engineering and service teams
Serve as the internal product expert for Digital Switching solutions
and ongoing refinement of product documentation
Ensure documentation is accurate
and aligned with engineering specifications
Partner with engineering
and technical writing teams to validate documentation
Support internal teams with product expert content
Capture field insights and service feedback to improve manuals
Act as a resource for OEMs and installers
providing guidance on best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and key OEM/channel customers; Engage directly with OEMs, integrators, and channel partners; Work with engineering teams; Partner with sales teams; Collaborate with suppliers and partners; Support field issue resolution through coordination with engineering and service teams; Partner with engineering, UX, and technical writing teams; Support internal teams (Sales, Service, Training, Channel); Act as a resource for OEMs and installers
Communication Scope
communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to influence without direct authority; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused documentation and enablement materials
Process & Methodology
