What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum Bachelor's degree, Minimum 4 years in a medical device role, Minimum 6 years cumulative professional experience in product management, marketing, engineering, business development, or equivalent role
Nice to Have
Product Support/Ops – Support, Implementation, Product development – Design controls, Agile / Scrum, Project management – Timelines, scope, risk / critical path identification, Product Development – Risk Burndown during development cycle, Regulatory – Device approvals & requirements (indications, data privacy & security)

Ensure thoughtful integration with robotic platforms
and data security infrastructure
Partner with engineering and quality to ensure product robustness
and cybersecurity integrity
Maintain supply continuity and lifecycle support plans
Support sustaining activities
and iterative enhancements

Team & Collaboration
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead through influence in a matrixed environment across. Serve as the connective tissue across distributed stakeholders. Maintain tight alignment on milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure global scalability and compliance across geographies.; Establish a clear narrative that connects technical teams, commercial partners, and executives to a shared outcome.; Partner with engineering and quality to ensure product robustness, reliability, and cybersecurity integrity.
