The Brief

“Product Manager, Developer Productivity at Anthropic. Skills: Product Management, Developer Productivity, AI-native Development, Platform Strategy, Roadmap Development. Own the end-to-end developer experience. Partner with Developer Productivity engineering teams”

What You'll Achieve.

Build the systems that determine how thousands of engineers and researchers at Anthropic develop, build, test, and ship code; Impact engineering velocity across the entire company; Define the abstractions for how code moves from idea to production; Establish the metrics that surface friction before it compounds; Make the trade-offs that keep a rapidly scaling engineering organization shipping with confidence; Make Anthropic the most productive place in the world to build frontier AI; Ensure that as Claude takes on more of the inner loop, the outer loop (review, validation, deployment) doesn't become the new bottleneck; Safely delegate work to autonomous systems; Achieve confident shipping in an AI-native engineering org; Keep Anthropic ahead of the exponential curve of AI-assisted development
